At KAUFTWARE LIMITED, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
FREE RETURNS
We provide free returns for all items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@mskauf.de and provide us with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return label, and once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method.
REFUNDS
We fully refund the price of the returned items. Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item to the original payment method.
EXCHANGE
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped yet, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process described above.
